Indian Army Territorial Officer Exam 2017 Admit Card Hall Tickets Result Counselling | joinindianarmy.nic.in: Indian Army Territorial Officer Admit Cards: We hereby stated in regard to the Indian Army Territorial Officer (IA TO) Examination 2017 schedule. Indian Army T.O Exam is set to be held on 30th of July 2017 and would like to re-represent a Recap on Release / Downloading of the e-Admit Cards, Result and subsequent Stages of the Test.

The Integrated Head Quarters shall release the electronic Admit Cards Minimum 02 Weeks of Conduct of the Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Examination 2017. The Candidates will be able to download their respective electronic Admittance Tickets from the Official Website only. However, the Candidates would also get Prior Intimation in this regard through their Cellphone Numbers.

Indian Army Territorial Officer OMR Based Written Examination 2017:

The Preliminary Interview Board (PIB) will host on the 30th of July 2017 (30.07.2017) an Optical Mark Recognition Based Screening Test / Written Test to shortlist the Candidates for Personal Interview involving various Tests.

Examination Duration:

02 Hours each. Examination Duration:

Maximum time for each Paper is 02 Hours and an OMR Based Written Examination will be conducted in Two Sessions.

Penalty For Wrong Answers:

The Candidates should note that there will be Penalty (Negative Marking) for the Wrong Answers marked by any Candidate in the Objective Type Test Question Papers.

Type Of the Examination:

Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Test comprising 200 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions and the Optical Mark Recognition Answer Sheet will be used.

Minimum Qualifying Marks: 

Minimum 40% Qualifying Marks in each Part of the Paper separately and overall Average of 50%.

Procedure for Selection:

  1. The Candidates whose Application Forms are found Correct will be called for Optical Mark Recognition Based Screening Test / Written Examination followed by Personal Interview only if passed in the Written Test) by a Preliminary Interview Board (PIB) by the respective Territorial Army Group Headquarters.
  2. Successful Candidates will further undergo Tests at a Service Selection Board (SSB) and Medical Board for Final Selection.

Procedure for Selection:

Shortlisting of the Candidate\u2019s Application:
 

Phase I

would comprise Intelligence Test, Picture Perception and Discussion Test
The Candidates declared QUALIFIED in Phase I shall be allowed to appear in Phase II. The Candidates declared NOT QUALIFIED in the Phase I of the Test would be sent back forthwith.
Phase II shall comprise Psychological Testing, Group Testing and Interview. The Test shall be held over Four (04) days.

The Successful Candidates shall be put to Medical Examination that would be held during 03 – 05 Days.

Stage II Final Selection:

The Candidates qualifying the Preliminary Selection shall be called for Final Selection. The Date and Venue for the Final Selection will be uploaded on the Indian Coast Guard Website. The Final Selection will consist of Psychological Test (PT), Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview (Personality Test) leading to preparation of the Final Merit List and Result.

Documents for Submission before Preliminary Interview Board: 

The Candidate, who qualify in the Optical Mark Recognition Based Screening Test / Written Test of conducted by the Preliminary Interview Board, shall be required to carry the following Documents in Original along with attested Photocopies before Preliminary Interview Board:

  1. Application Form IAF (TA)-9 (Revised) Part-2 to be downloaded from the Indian Army Official Website and fill it up in their respective Handwriting.
  2. All Educational Qualification Certificates (Matriculation onwards).
  3. Latest Physical Fitness Certificate issued by any Registered Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Doctor.
  4. Photocopy of Identity Proof with the Photographs (Voter Is / PAN Card / Aadhar Card / Passport / Driving License, etc).
  5. Domicile / Residential Proof.
  6. Certificate for Proof of Age (Matriculation – Secondary School Certificate / Senior Secondary Certificate Mark Sheet and Certificate for Verification of Date of Birth).
  7. Service Certificate by the Candidates employed in Central Government / Union Territory / State / Semi- Government / Private Sector Authenticated by Head Office along with No Objection Certificate issued / released by the Department as per the Format given here below.
  8. Self-Employed Candidates are required to submit an Affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Minimum Value duly attested stating nature of Employment and Annual Income along with Photocopy of PAN Card and Self-certified Character Certificate.
  9. The Candidates whose Names vary in the Documents should submit Copy of Gazette Notification of India / State showing the Correct Name or an Affidavit duly supported by the Newspaper Cuttings.
  10. Latest Income Proof released by the Appropriate Authority (i.e., Income Tax Revenue Department / Magistrate / Employer).
  11. Photocopy of PAN Card.
  12. Copy of Aadhar Card.
  13. Employees of Railways are required to submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) duly authenticated by the Railway Board
