IBPS PO 2016 Exam 16 October: Easy Or Tough?

IBPS PO 2016 exam was conducted on 16th of October. It is the first exam of the series of dates. Other exams will be on 22,23 and 27 of October. IBPS PO exam is for Probationary Office post and it has 19 National banks and 53 Regional Rural banks where you will get posted if you will clear all the rounds.

It has three rounds from which first is Pre-lims which is like a screen test. Candidates who will clear the exam will go to mains and interview round. Total marks will be calculated on the basis of Mains and interview. Pre-lims round result will come till 1st week of November and on 20th of November we have Mains exam.

Let’s come back to difficulty level of IBPS PO 16 October Exam. You may be feel worried about the difficulty level of the exam. You might not solve as much questions as you were expected. So let me tell you, yes exam was slightly difficult as compare to previous year exam.

Reasoning section is quite difficult and time taking. If you have attempted reasoning first and you wasted much time on solving those lengthy questions, then it is a bad news for you as English and Quants is comparatively very easy as compared to it. Quants have moderate difficulty level. As 15-17 questions are very easy and straight forward and few questions are very difficult like guessing the next number in sequence in which you were supposed to read it once and if it clicked you in one go then its good otherwise you could move on.

IBPS PO Exam 2016 Cut Off:

English is easy and straight forward. You just have to read it once and answer it quickly. One arrangement of lines has 5 questions based on it which is a jackpot in this exam if you got it right at one go.

Overall exam is difficult because of Reasoning section. If we predict cut off then cut off will be 35-40 for general people and accordingly for other categories.
