  • Drink lots of water, especially before every meal.
  • You should eat slowly.
  • You should do regular exercise daily, especially Cardio – 20 minutes a day, five times a week.
  • Postures – You should keep an eye on your postures especially while sitting. Sit straight, it strengthen your tummy muscles.
  • Never skip Breakfast.
  • Cut out Sweets, Sugar, Soda, Cold drinks, Fried and all other high calorie food.
  • Say No to Junk food.
  •  Cut down Alcohol consumption, It contains very high calories.
  • Never starve yourself.
  • Eat more Fiber.

  • Climb Stairs instead of escalators or lifts.
  • Start learning Swimming. It is the best exercise to reduce fat.
  • Do Push ups regularly and accurately.
  • Do reverse Sit-ups daily.
  • Do Crunches with exercise ball atleast 3-4 times in a week.
  • Avoid Stress. Don’t take tension. It leads to more eating and fat.
  • Reduce Salt intake. You should avoid salt after 7.00 pm.
  • Eat more vegetables. Eat salad before your meal.
  • Avoid watery fruits and vegetables like Watermelon, Oranges, Cucumber, etc. at night.
