AMLA (INDIAN GOOSEBERRY) – Put some coconut oil in a pan. Add dried amla/amla powder to it and allow it to boil until it becomes charred. Apply the oil into your scalp. Keep it untouched and covered with a shower cap to allow moisture to soften your hairs for 1-2 hours. Rinse it with diluted shampoo (add some water to shampoo) with soft hands. Apply this oil for at least twice a week.

Alternatively you can mix equal amount of amla powder and almond oil along with few drops of lemon. Mix it thoroughly and apply it. Rinse your hair as mentioned above.

CURRY LEAVES– Add a handful of curry leaves into coconut oil taken in a pan. Boil it until charred. Add few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply with soft hand onto your hairs and kept them undisturbed for about an hour. Rinse them with mild shampoo. Apply it twice a week to see better results.

MEHANDI (ROSEMARY) AND (RISHI) SAGE– Boil half cup each of rosemary and sage. Allow it untouched for half an hour. Use it as a conditioner after shampooing your hair with mild shampoo. Leave it for 15-20 minutes after rinsing. Wash your hair. Repeat this process twice a week.

SHEERA (BLACKSTRAP MOLLASSES) – Eat a tablespoon of Shera everyday in morning at least for some months to see positive results.

ADRAK (GINGER) – Grated ginger along with a tablespoon of honey on a daily basis early morning with empty stomach. Repeat the process for several months to see positive outcomes.

GHEE (CLARIFIED BUTTER) – Gently massaging your hairs with ghee reuses growth of grey hairs.

TORI (RIBBED GOURD) – Boil tori in coconut oil till it turn black. Massage this mixture onto your scalp and rinse it after half an hour with mild shampoo. See the results in few months.

ALOE VERA– Freshly took aloe Vera. Apply the folk onto your hairs and apply them like a shampoo onto your hairs. Keep them undisturbed for about an hour and wash it afterwards with mild shampoo. Apply it twice a week to see better results.

LAUKI (BOTTLE GOURD) – Mix juice of lauki with sesame or olive oil gently. Apply iot gently and rinse it with shampoo after half an hour.

HENNA POWDER– Henna is a natural hair colour coolant. Besides colouring and strengthen your hair it provides you with lustrous locks.
Grind a handful of henna leaves into a paste. Add two teaspoons of Alma Powder, one teaspoon of coffee powder, and small amount of yogurt. Rinse the paste in your hair. After it dries, wash it out and then shampoo your hair. Repeat the process once every two to four weeks.
